Sea kayaking is suited to anyone who enjoys exploring, being outdoors and spending time on the water.
Beginners can start on sheltered water while developing confidence and essential skills. More experienced paddlers can take part in longer journeys and trips involving tides, navigation and more varied conditions.
A reasonable level of fitness is helpful, but trips vary considerably in length and difficulty.
